How fast can I get my order?

A – We would like a couple of weeks, but can turnaround orders fast if required.

How do I pay for my order?

A – We accept Visa, MasterCard, E-transfer, PayPal, and company cheques. A 50% deposit might be required for new customers. Payment in full is required upon completion.

Can I see a proof or sample beforehand?

A – Yes and Yes! We provide digital pdf proofs for printing, showing the image, sizes, Pantone colours and placement of the garments. For embroidered garments, we will email you a scanned image of your image on a sample piece of material.
